The Department of Neuroscience and Pharmacology, University of Copenhagen is engaged in research and education in the nervous system's development, structure, function and diseases. There is an additional interest in research and education in medicinal production and effects. Research ranges from studies of the nervous system's higher functions and diseases to the study of neural tissue at the cellular level, as well as extensive research in molecular pharmacology.
